Me, myself and I: you can do these tantric exercises solo

Pamper yourself with a warm bath filled with a fragrant oil, light some candles and put on some soothing music. Once you are in the water, you very consciously touch yourself. At first, you can take a moment to focus on your breathing and consciously feel how and where your breath moves through your body. Then start touching yourself soothingly and just experience what lovingly touching yourself feels like. Take your time for this. After your bath, you can gently and consciously massage your favorite body lotion or oil into your skin. Give every body part your complete attention while doing so and be aware of what you feel and smell.

Your inner smile

This exercise might seem a bit farfetched, but we guarantee it will give you an intimate and positive feeling. Sit or lie down, close your eyes and in your mind work your way down, and gradually bring your attention to every part of your body. Really take some time for yourself and send an appreciative smile to every part of your body. If you don’t feel positive afterwards, at least you did smile a lot!
