What his semen says about his health

Let’s get into the white stuff, his juice, spooge, the sperm. With each man, the taste and production of semen is different. From bitter to sweet, from watery to viscous and just about everything in between. Unfortunately, he does not have complete control over it, but he does have some influence. Because you are what you eat, and this also goes for the taste of his man juice. There are a number of specifics we can share about his fun juice.

The taste

The taste of his semen depends on his lifestyle and eating pattern and diet. Someone who exercises regularly and maintains a healthy diet, produces semen that has a sweeter taste compared to someone who barely exercises and often eats junk food. Besides the fact that the taste can also be a matter of bad genes, or simple bad luck, it certainly doesn’t help if he smokes a lot, goes wild with alcoholic beverages or drinks coffee all day. Those are real killers!

So what helps?

Fruit! Fruit contains natural sugars that help to cleanse the body. Kiwi and pineapple are your best friends if you want to keep your semen fresh. Red fruit, on the other hand, gives a sweet aftertaste. If he also drinks lots of fluids, for example, water, so no cocktails, buckets of beer or bottles of wine, then you’re all set.

The structure

There’s also a lot of variation in the structure of semen. With one it’s whiter, thicker or more watery than with the other. In most cases, semen is a thick, sticky and white substance. Is this not the case and is it watery? Then there’s nothing wrong with that. It could just be that his semen contains less sperm cells. His semen is also more watery if he recently had an orgasm. The longer the last ejaculation has been, the more viscous it will be. Sometimes, pre-cum is also mistaken for semen, but it’s a much thinner liquid than semen.

The color

In general, semen has a white or greyish color. If there is still some urine in the man’s urethra, maybe because he’s just been to the toilet, his semen might look a bit more yellow. Also if his alcohol intake is excessive, or if he smokes marijuana, his juice can get a yellow glow. Is his juice red/brown in color or does it contain blood? This may be an indication of an infection and/or STD, as an inflamed prostate or testicle can also cause discoloration. In which case, we advise a doctor’s visit.

The smell

Healthy semen has an odor that’s been compared to that of chestnut blossom. Pretty specific, right? Although the taste might vary considerably, the smell generally remains the same. Does the room smell like asparagus when he drops his pants? Then it might be sensible to get a check-up, to see if there is any trouble down under.
